The Great Highway was closed to people (in cars) on 20AUG2021 (Friday) at 12PM so the  Highway could be used for "recreational purposes" during the weekends.

Closing the Highway at 12PM created such horrendous traffic conditions for thousands of people (in cars) while a small number of people were using the 4 mile stretch of road.

THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!
